Worst experience...unprofessional... Our booking was confirmed in studio 11 for party makeup, When I called them. we are coming within 5 minutes for makeup, they said your appointment is cancelled bcz our staff is busy with others... They cancelled our booking with informing.. We suffered because of them..

Makeup so bad..didn’t get even a single compliment on my wedding day.I have sharp features and big eyes but her makeup somehow made my eyes look small and the eye shadow was a mess.The fake lashes started falling off mid of ceremony. Makeup artist came an hour late. So I didn’t get time for photo shoot on my wedding day. I feel so sad about seeing my wedding pictures. I could have done a better job myself.

Very warm staff and great hospitality. Dimple, the sweet lady has magic in her hands. Whether it’s facial or body massage-her hands do such a wonderful work. One feels relaxed and satisfied. Jimmy- is an expert where anything regarding hair is concerned. He is has great skill and gives good suggestions about hair queries. Irfan -the pedicurist is again very good with massages- head and feet Overall a very satisfying experience.

It's totally worth getting served by this salon. I liked it so much in my first visit that I stopped visitng my previous preferred salon. The work done by them, the behaviour.. everything is up to the mark. Would love to try other things too at STUDIO 11.
