I used this firm twice this week. They arrived within the time they gave over the phone, which was a good start. The tariff was very reasonable. The best part however was the driver, Nigel, who I had for both journeys. He was so hospitable, friendly and chatty with great local knowledge. I was actually a little disappointed to realise that we had arrived at my destination, the journey was that enjoyable. I will definitely use them again if I am in Ludlow. Thanks Nigel, top man!
Great taxi firm and so reliable. They have never let me down. Friendly and punctual. Alexis is always helpful when I have shopping. He’s very patient with me as I am a nervous passenger.
They were really helpful people. My cat was ill and I needed to get to the vets urgently. They came within 5 mins, were very understanding that the cat also needed a ride and drove safely. Plus made conversation with me, which was nice as I was very stressed. The gent who took me opened the doors and told me that if I needed to get home, it would be no problem and he'd be there as quick as possible. The price was good and I was very relieved to get to my destination so quickly.
