We recently enquired about Blocsphere managing our 412 unit residential complex in Manchester. All dealings were professional and the advice given was priceless and has potentially saved us tens of thousands of . Four stars as their fee was not as low as another quote we obtained, but on the other hand Blocsphere are a specialist and knowledgeable block management company and not just another estate agent trying to do this on the side. We can speak to their in house property solicitor who has managed to put right several compliance issues for us, so 4.5 stars in my opinion. A very forward thinking company who are currently rolling out resident “amenities” and other “to your door” services to actually make living in an apartment block a pleasant experience akin to a luxury hotel! If these are impressive once available i will amend my review to 5 stars.

STEER WELL CLEAR! Awful company all round and rapidly building up a reputation to back it up, with a massive turn over of staff that never seem to be happy working there it's very clear that money is the driving force behind the firm at any cost! The services provided to them and the staff they have working for them mean nothing but don't take my word for it just look through the reviews and draw your own conclusion before you choose to have any dealings with Blocsphere. Go elsewhere there's far better company's.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Please avoid this company if possible. They have done nothing at our friends development at all and trying to screw everyone for as much money as they can. They have only appeared at the property once in 9 months. They have done no maintenance wahtsoever. It is now dirty, dead plants outside. A total disgrace. In this era of Covid 19, you would think they would be interested in cleanliness and hygeine, but far from it.
