Sales staff excellent, however refunds on items returned takes up to 10 weeks. However I cannot fault the log burner it is absolutely brilliant, should have bought one years ago.

Lovely old merchant house with all the Clearview range on show.. Friendly staff (Karen) who were really helpful and willing to spend time with you.. even had a demo on how it all worked. If you want a stove then it is definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately I didn’t by one of their stoves, but the showroom was well put together and felt homely. I really want one of those stoves!
