I had a short course of massage to help relieve some tightness in my hamstrings, caused from too much walking and no stretching. From the first meeting, I could tell that Jan knew what he was doing. Not only did he tell me what my treatment would be, but he explained the reasoning behind it, and how I could keep my legs in better condition in the future. Everything is done with politeness and care. The massage itself is done within a calming atmosphere, with exactly the right amount of pressure. I felt better from that first treatment. I would recommend anyone that has any problem - from a small niggle to acute pains.

I went to see Jan with a pulled neck muscle which had been causing me pain & headaches for a couple of weeks & was preventing me from working properly. I was off the painkillers the next day & 2 days after the session I am back to normal. He set me exercises to help with the healing & explained what he had done & why.
