I am confused by the negative comments ?! The staff are always very helpful and polite and very understanding in these difficult months and as for long waiting times have you been to the other chemists in town??? Thank you to all the counter staff and the ones working behind the scenes we appreciate you all.

I don't understand some of the other comments, the staff here have always been courteous, helpful and pleasant I've always found them happy to help in any way they can.
Inept staff. Took them ages to find my prescription. Asked me to go back later to give them time to find it. When I returned they clearly hadn't looked for it and I had to wait again. Fortunately, there is a better place in ludlow to get your prescription filled.
Don't go in unless you have half an hour to wait. Terrible service, even when I go back to collect my prescription is not often ready for collection.
Poor staff very rude to me and today very rude to my other half and4 4 year old I will be taking names and taking it further thankyou very much descusting attitude !!!!!!!!! Very very angry
