Had a fabulous stay in the cabin June 18. The owners Erica and George have worked incredibly hard in ensuring that the cabin is equipped and furnished to a high standard with literally nothing that it lacked and we were treated to some lovely local produce on arrival. The cabin is lovely and light with fantastic outdoor seating which can be used in good and bad weather. Outside the cabin George has built a fantastic wood burning pizza oven, which we greatly enjoyed using - shop bought or restaurant pizzas just cant compete. The cabin is just 2 miles from Ludlow which is a food lovers paradise. Erica and George were the perfect hosts, available, responsive and friendly when we needed to speak to them, but in no way intrusive. Overall the cabin, hosts and location exceeded all of our expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending it and would love to come and stay again!

Just back from 3 days at this delightful Ecolog Cabin near Ludlow. Apart from the minor irritation of one squeaky door, this is one of the nicest places I/we have been. Built solidly of real timber, everything is focussed on minimal impact on the environment. Solar panels heat the water, electrical applicances are economical (although 4 remote controls makes life interesting!). Although early June hasn't been especially warm we didn't need to use the impressive wood-burning stove. The outside pizza oven and hearth were too adventurous for us but the whole site looks amazing. It is peaceful, yet with plenty for children to do - fall out of trees, fall into the stream, chase rabbits... And, it's in a part of England/Wales that is packed with history. We had a great time; thoroughly recommend. Hope to come again.
