Charged 12 plus VAT to sanitize car during recent service, made a point of telling me they were sanitizing it which simply consisted of wiping the steering wheel and the door with a wet wipe. No gloves or mask where worn whilst they drove the car to me, yet all neatly displayed unworn behind the screen in the office. Every other business has to absorb these costs in order to get the customers through the door. It is only when I got home that I noticed that I had been charged for the privilege of having the car sanitized. I bet they don't charge for sanitizing if you test drive a car! Service was fine, but I do feel that they are taking advantage of the current situation for a financial gain when everybody else is struggling. In response to the reply, there was no covers on the seat, steering wheel or handbrake when they drove the car to me, the member of staff driving it to me was not wearing any gloves or a mask, considering this virus is air borne the covers need to be kept on and removed when they hand the car over to the customer and the members of staff should have had PPE on whilst they drive it. It's the fact that they are charging for a sanitization service when there are clearly flaws in it. That is why I left the review.

Brilliant service from Luke throughout in helping me choose the right car for me. He couldn't do enough to help, and made me feel relaxed and at home, offered me coffee on arrival each time I visited, and helped me understand the whole process easily. The whole business really does feel like a happy place to be in, and I have left with a lovely shiny new car. Couldn't ask for more.
