I really can’t speak highly enough of my experiences at My Dentist, Ludlow. The reception team are so welcoming and helpful which puts you at ease immediately. Chetan Kapoor is the best dentist I have ever had. He put you at ease, very professional, does a fantastic job and has conquered my daughters and mine fear of going to the dentist, thank you!

I came to see Dr. Kapoor last week, usually I am a little nervous before going to the dentist but as soon as I sat in the chair, he reassured me and explained everything he was going to do clearly and professionally. I was also slightly anxious to have a filling however I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and painless it was. Looking forward to come back and try some whitening with him!

Appointments for my children cancelled time and time again, they didn't even write to me this time to tell me (I phoned to check it was still on) - the result of which my kids haven't seen the dentist for over two years. I've given up with them now and registered somewhere else which can't fail to be more reliable. Reasons given were the Dentist reducing days and being on holiday. If you want reliability - my advise would be to go elsewhere.

Receptionists are the reason for the score, as the service from the actual Dentist is not as good, not very helpful and don’t appear to be very concerned about my lack of teeth or that the previous Dentist sent me for a bone density scan that I paid for, and will not reimburse, because the new dentist is unable to complete the treatment required. Too many patients in ratio to Dentists, feel like your on a conveyor belt. Communication is terrible, a lot of appointments are cancelled by the Dentist, at last minute.

This is the best experience I have had with a dentist. Dr. Kapoor was really reassuring and explained everything really well. I felt really comfortable and had an pleasant experience, and the dental nurse was great.
