Chris, Laura and Philippa were all very professional and supportive. Cannot fault them at all. Ashleigh from the progression department was also very good once the property had sold. It was a long haul to Completion and she was always available to push things forward. Cannot recommend this agency highly enough.

I liked the energy. The whole team at the Ludlow office were interested, confident and proactive. Philippa went to enormous lengths to get the particulars just right and Slawek was unfailingly helpful. Laura took the sale forward arranging viewings with charm and concluding matters most efficiently. Initial meetings with Chris and subsequent negotiations were spot on. Following the agreed sale and purchase Athina and her team carried on to completion, delayed in part by the pandemic, with patience, skill and determination. Thank you all.

Ernie Edwards was fantastic when we had a leak from our bathroom in the house we are renting. I had an instant response and a plumber/electrician was sent out right away. Ernie also followed up twice to ensure everything was fixed and we were happy. Makes a big difference when you are renting to feel that the agents actually care about the tenants and not just the landlords.
