I bought some trousers from oska Ludlow - great service , friendly. When I had a fault with my trousers I couldn’t believe the change in the attitudes of all the staff including the shop manager . I was made to feel awful , they were so abrupt, not even an apology from the store . Very upsetting experience, extremely disappointed... I only wanted an exchange when I was entitled to a full refund!! I will never by from that store again.
