Today was the worst service I have ever received, assistance on phone and trying to serve customers,so rude and unprofessional, I will never use this shop again, even through there bread is fantastic, but you can’t pay high prices for appalling service, sorry won’t go there again.

Simply the best bread around, served in difficult times
Been coming here for the best eccles cakes for last 10 months. Unfortunately, bought 4 today and it appears thay they have changed their recipe. Each cake is a little smaller and the currents are half the amount of what they used to be inside. Such a shame.
STUNNING!! Tried two of Adrian's new loaves (sneakily sampled in development stage) Wensleydale and Apple and Banana & Coconut Tea Loaf. Not just beautiful visually but delicious. Prices a little on the high side but you certainly get what you pay for. Well done :-)))))
Always love the bread from here.
