Tried calling the company three times over two days with no answer. Call was to complain about a previous journey. My colleague finally got through and was patronised, repeatedly referred to as 'darling' despite her request not to be addressed in this manner during a professional complaint, and was then insulted using foul language and told to \go jump off a bridge\. This is inexcusable and I would not feel safe being driven by this individual.

Working in the area and booked a taxi from Ludlow Travelodge without knowing there are two. The taxi driver went to the other one. If you are staying in a travelodge obviously you aren't local to the area and might not know. If you are a taxi driver...you definitely should know and should ask which one. This made us late to our job AND the driver had the audacity to charge us because he went to the wrong Travelodge. We work for a charity, so that's 10 the charity has lost for something which wasn't really our mistake. The taxi driver also did not know where he was going and didn't have a satnav. What a sorry excuse for a taxi driver. The company should be disgusted.
Teaky's are lovely. Very chatty and helpful. Will always be there when they say they will be. Prices are good to.
