Has a very nice atmosphere with friendly staff and some of the best coffee we've ever had. No sense of rush and do try the chocolate mousse!

Now called the Old Bakehouse. Food is distinctly average frozen/microwaved fayre. Only burgers on offer so felt quite limited. Decor is nice. Very, very quiet and deservedly so. In a town like Ludlow which has a reputation as a foodie destination this kind of food simply won't do. It felt like a chain pub in both decor and food.
Awful service. We were not in a rush for food however we expected to have at least have been acknowledged but waited over 30 minutes for grumpy waitress in meantime a table of four who came in after us were served and eating and the previous customers plates were still on our table. We asked the waitress twice if we could at least order drinks and were ignored. In the end we got up and left. Went next door to the rose and crown where the waitress although rushed off her feet was really friendly and helpful and we were drinking and eating in no time! Will not be going back.

Understated, Hollywood atmosphere with good range of grills and snacks, coffee and alcoholic beverages (and tea!). Delightful location in town centre and great staff. Not too expensive either!
Good place to look around specially when the market is on.
Highly recommended. Great atmosphere/music and even better food!
