Switched to Thompson's recently. Had a problem getting the fire to start so dropped them an email asking for advice. Jodie called back within the hour, during the evening, and was so helpful. She explained why we were struggling to light our fire and sorted us out. Not often firms offer this level of customer service these days! Truly impressed and very pleased we switched to Thompson's. When we had problems with the wood from another local firewood delivery service we turned to Thompson's. The quality of their wood is always spot on. Jodi has been extremely helpful and always returns calls. She's gone out of her way to manoeuvre the bag of wood in our tricky garage. Thank you so much for your help, good quality of wood and excellent service. Highly recommend.
