Great place for small shopping - all the essentials are there (although no alcohol), just a smaller range. Feels very light and open, much better than most convenience stores that tend to have narrow aisles etc.

Great service station. Greggs is there, so nice pies etc. Small Sainsburys supermarket. Well stocked if you run out of anything. Pleasant staff. All round very good.

It always seems to have the cheapest petrol in the area and that's very convenient for me as I pass it on my way to work. But they only get 3 stars because the entrance always floods and there has been a huge pothole there for months.
