I requested a viewing for a house, which that went through smoothly. They were quick to response and reminded me through email the day before about the house viewing. (Although, the email wasn't professional. Considering it was an email from a business I would have at least expected an email that started with \Dear james for example\, but that didn't bother me too much.) Once we arrived at the property, there was four of us as we are all moving in together, before we could even walk away from the car that was parked quite a bit away from the house, the man showing us around shouted across the car park asking if we had masks and gloves. Obviously we said no due to the fact we weren't told to bring our own or to bring any full stop. We were more than happy to go buy some from Costco which is not even a 5 minute drive from the house. But he was told us he wouldn't wait for us. So we said ok we will have to re-arrange the appointment. He said he would go back to office and give us a call/email regarding that. I'm still waiting for that call/email. Also before we left he asked if it was all four of us moving in and we said yes. He then started to undermine us with saying that the type of tenancy we wanted was the same type of tenancy as a company renting the place for many different employees to stay at whilst they work in the area. Which because of that, the landlord might not be happy with because the house hasn't been kept in a good condition by the previous tenants. One of the people i was with is a self employed in the housing industry so he immediately said it was completely different type of tenancy. The man showing us around got his back up high and tried to argue that point and spoke down to us. I thought the whole thing was a waste of time and very unprofessional and due to that we won't be pursing any further with interest in the property. Which they have then just lost a potential sale.

We’ve rented through Luffs for nearly 10 years now and can honestly say we’ve never had a problem with them. We’ve always found the staff to be helpful and polite when we’ve had queries and Mary Luff is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.

Luff staff unfortunately are some of the rudest and patronising people we have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Glad to be rid, and can see that the poor reviews all over the web, we are far from being alone. I would elaborate more, but to be honest we feel drained from having to argue with these idiotic sponges who simply read from a script and don't have the ability to apply any kind of logic or common sense to a conversation. Mouth definitely engages before the brain does. Disappointing that a really nice landlord chose to use this company.

I rented a large 2 bed property in Camberley from Luffs during the period August 2013 - July 2016. Throughout that period they were absolutely first rate, attentive and effective in dealing with any and all issues arising during my tenancy. I recommend them with nil reservations. Their agents have been eager to help, knowledgeable, responsive and they earned my complete confidence in sorting out a range of maintenance related-issues, routine safety surveys etc. At the same time they have been assiduous in their periodic checking of the material condition of the flat on behalf of the owner - I readily appreciate that they take this side of their responsibilities very seriously. Administration of my in- and out-moves went extremely well. Strongly endorsed.
