From booking the course online and also talking to Theresa over the phone I found the whole process very easy and Theresa was so helpful in answering all my questions. I started my 4 week course with zero experience and from the moment I walked into the academy I was made to feel very welcome by Susie, Jake and Stewart. I couldn’t of started my barbering career in a better way and I highly recommend this course. To be honest I just wish I had found out about this course years ago. In the relaxed atmosphere and the way the trainers teach you I have learned not just barbering skills but also how gained so much knowledge from talking to the trainers. Done the 4 week elite course, loved every minute and coming into the course with 0 experience and leaving barber shop ready. Was gutted to leave as done the course with a class bunch and trainers Jake and Susie were spot on all the way through! Would recommend!
DO NOT give your money to these scam artists. They have STOLEN thousands of pounds from my partner, they moved the course hundreds of miles away from where it was originally booked, constantly moved the goalposts and tried to put them in unacceptable and inappropriate accommodation for months. The accommodation was FALSELY ADVERTISED during the booking process stating you would be able to stay in a travelodge which is not the case. They then proceeded to lie about a refund for over a month before blocking my partners phone number leaving us no option but to seek legal action. Disgusting customer service and poor treatment of a vulnerable adult with mental health difficulties. Should be ashamed of themselves. Do not waste your hard earned money because this is a falsely advertised SCAM.
