Luke and his fab team have now done three jobs for our family, the first 2 were tree removals from the rear garden, the 3rd and most recent was transforming our front garden. Luke and co, removed a tree planted in 1963 that was \just waiting to come down\ and a load of overgrown conifers, once removed on the second day, 20 new, fresh conifers were put in their place. Luke and his team are great. Luke does the quote, he has a passion for his job and trees and knows what he is talking about. He keeps in touch by calls/texts. He arranges a date and sticks to it. He is there to answer any queries, even after the job has been finished. His quotes are fair, and stuck to so no nasty surprises!!! Not only does Luke Collett, Tree Surgeon (and black coffee no sugar lover) and his team do a great job, they are also considerate and polite. They take into consideration the general public and their safety, cones off and places signs in advance for the traffic if needing to park on the road outside the property. Everything is taken care. No he isn't cheap, he is fair. They do a great job well done. Despite me saying on the second day, the door is open, you know where the loo is, no need to ask just use as and when (I even put the seat up ready), the guys were still polite and asked when needed. The cuttings are removed and the site is cleared. You get what you pay for. If you need a job doing, ask Luke for a quote and his opinion and he will be totally honest. We are so pleased with how Luke and his team work that he is booked in for trimming the new trees already. (Just a note, they like bacon sandwiches, coffee and cake - black no sugar, two coffees milk and 1 sugar, one coffee white with two sugars - memory still works ) Luke and his team are top of the crop! Polite, tidy, clean and best of all happy in their job! Cheers Luke, see you in October
