Hired a toilet and shower pod for the best part of a grand for one weekend, the shower didn’t work, cold only, and the toilet needed to be emptied after 3 uses and as I was not spending the whole weekend sitting counting people in and out of the loo it soon became unusable. I wasn’t shown how to empty it anyway and when I said that the driver said he assumed I knew, I know these things happen but I left a message on their answer phone and spoke to the driver who collected it Monday morning. I have heard nothing, hence the review. I need to update this review! Gigloo have since been in touch and after investigation have promised me a full refund. Things happen, it is how you deal with it that is important. I would use them again and hope for a better experience next time!
