Haven't bought a car in a decade. Was at first a little concerned about getting back into today's marketplace, but my wife and I are SO HAPPY that we found Lundgren! Marty is very friendly and made our buying experience as smooth as possible. We'd definitely recommend!

I must say that being a retired investigator with Dept of Motor Vehicles Reg. 3 Vehicle Safety that That the Lundgren group of Massachusetts has exceeded any expectations in the sale and warranty of a vehicle i personally purchased there. It waa terrible we have had our 2011 honda accord for A LITTLE MORE THAN A YEAR AND SENSE WE PULLED THAT CAR OUT OF THE LOT IT HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR OVER A YEAR FOR THEM TOO FLIP IT AND WAS DENIED AGAIN . IT HAS ALREADY DIED ON US OVER 4 TIMES WHILE DRIVING AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TOO HELP US THE FACT WE HAVE BEEN ASKING NICELY FOR OVER A YEAR FOR HELP AND THEY WONT HELP US IS WHY THEY ARE GETTING 1 STAR , IT IS NOT A SAFE VEHICLE FOR US TOO DRIVE OUR SON AROUND IN SO NOW WE HAVE TOO VOLUNTEER REPO IT . VERY SAD AND UPSET ABOUT THIS

Probably the best dealer I've ever been too! Every single person in the Greenfield location blew me away, from the moment My family and I walked in they were nothing but respectful and polite sold us no B.S! Went in to look at a vehicle walked out the same day car was reg insured and inspected. No all day Hassel waiting for a NO sorry we can't help you. Phil offered to get us lunch while we waited, Connie with the finance dept was professional and got us the best deal and Lisa waited after store hours to make sure our car was ready to drive home!!! Very impressed with their customer service definitely will be recommending this dealer to friends and family.
