If I could rate it a zero I would.. Imagine calling someone to try to set up an appointment to let some things out, and learn how to cope with things in your life and getting the COMPLETE opposite she was VERY rude on the phone and acted as I was a burden And had a snappy attitude the whole time. Her job is to help people and instead she did NOTHING then lied to me and said she wasn’t around her book she would call me later? When she had a appointment with my cousin within the next few hrs and NEVER called me back? lol some people need to rethink their careers. :)!
