They need a lesson in customer service. I was told (with a very ugly tone of voice) it was my fault that Boost Mobile sent me a phone with the wrong SIM card in it, because I ordered it online. Then I was told I would have to contact customer service because she didn't have time to help me fix the problem. keep in mind I was the only customer in the store and the phone didn't ring once while I was in there!!! I've had some bad customer service in the past, but this one is at the top of the list! It only gets one star because it will not allow me to use none.

Worst customer service Kailee just kept telling me she didn't know paid for service at 2:20 and here it is allmost 6 p.m with no internet I called around 5 but nobody would answer the phone a so I drove there was a note on door saying out to lunch will be back at 5:20 here it is 5:48 and she still hasn't returned yeah some service and this is the 3rd time I've drove here today over her mistakes

Maybe the cashier lady was having a bad day, but why can't everyone just be kind to one another? The first time I ever walked in the luray store, I smelled an icky STRONG smoke smell. I just hope everything will improve, and have a good feeling it Will! Let's just send goodness their way!

This store is always so clean and such a friendly environment! I would recommend this to my friends and family! The service is great and affordable too! The phone selection is really nice, and there is lots of information on them!

Excellent location, with an effective display. I am with a different company, but stopped in to review their options. Lady at the desk was educated on their product, but not the friendliest person. It was a holiday week, so maybe she was stressed with the extra traffic. I would visit again if I had interest in their products.
