Called last week to get estimate for wall to wall carpeting in privately owned residential property. I had a nice, long, detailed conversation with the lovely woman who answered the phone. She told me that the person who offers the estimates would return the following day, and they would be happy to follow up with a call and a visit the next day, too. She said she surely didn't wish for me to be left hanging, and that's why they would call me asap. --- Well, that's exactly what they did - left me hanging. I never heard from them again! BUT, low and behold, I've grown accustomed to that BS in this town. I've read previous poor reviews and spoken to unhappy, tossed out once potential clients, so it was not unexpected, and surely no surprise. Movin' on, baby. Good luck!
