My battery died on an extremely cold day. Darryl took my call and details and sent out a technician just when he said he would. They were skilled, efficient and polite. The communication was excellent including Jennifer .The staff made what stared out as a difficult day, a much more pleasant one.

These people were so kind and helpful, I was traveling through the area coming off skyline drive, I knew something was wrong with my tire and needed to find a place nearby, I entered up here about an hour from closing. I wish I remembered the name of the people who helped me, they were able to fix part of the problem, I also needed a tire replaced and unfortunately they didn't have the right kind of tire but were able to help me out and swap some things around so I could get to Staunton and get a new tire the next day. I cannot express how helpful and kind everyone here was, they really saved me from what would have been a nightmare experience otherwise. I absolutely recommend coming by here if you need work done, the people are just fantastic.

We had some guests renting an RV from us. The check engine light came on and they brought it to Marlow Ford Service. They diagnosed it for 130 (just reading the codes) and estimated a repair for 600. The problem was just a faulty injector, total costs of parts about 50 and 15 minutes labor. They totally tried to take advantage of the situation and rip us off. Would never recommend this place to anybody!
