This beautiful Bed and Breakfast, has everything you need for your get away vacation! The house is very nice decorated, the view is spectacular, the rooms are cozy and comfortable,the breakfast is gourmet, excellent presentation and delicious, we are surprise every morning with exquisite food and wonderful conversations and smiles. At this property you feel like you are in Europe, the service is five stars, is like be in yours friends house, with the privacy that you need to enjoy your party. The town offer you a lot of activities little stores and people are friendly. We want to go back soon!

We wish there were more stars to add! Staying here was absolutely wonderful, much thanks to our 2 hosts! They are wonderful cooks, super personable, and very accommodating to all our needs. My husband and I were so happy to have spend the first days of our honeymoon here at the Rose Bud Cottage. That, and, their two cats are the friendliest ever! Thank you so much!!
Hank and Wiley have created an incredible business with their BnB. The whole house and property, and the room we stayed in (the Emma Ruffner room), were so well kept and beautifully managed. Hank and Wiley provided first-class breakfasts, atmosphere, and hospitality. I highly recommend staying at Piney Hill BnB for any trip to the Shenandoah Valley.
We stayed 2 nights in the beautiful Rosebud Cottage for our mini moon/my birthday. Hank & Wiley were absolutely amazing and accommodating. They really made you feel at home. Every morning we received breakfast around 8:45am in a picnic basket. Let me tell you it was the BEST breakfast I’ve ever had (be sure to check out the photos, sadly missing the amazing cinnamon rolls in the photo). They really like to fuel you up before a long day of hiking! The views are amazing from their property and it’s so nice to sit outside to wind down and relax after a long day. I highly recommend Piney Hill B&B and will be returning again next year. Do something relaxing for yourself and book a room/cottage to stay!
Great place to relax and enjoy some of the best scenery in Virginia. The breakfast is mouth watering. Hank and Wiley are the best!! They will assist you with exploring Luray and other local spots. We will definitely return for another visit.
We stayed in Hurley Byrd Cottage for our anniversary. It was amazing!!! The hospitality, food services, cleanliness of cottage was A. The view was awesome!! This was a home away from home. I will be recommending this and returning.
10/10. Lovely B&B in the Shenandoah valley. The B&B is located in a peaceful, quiet area with views of the valley. Hank & Wiley are the most welcoming innkeepers we've ever met. They'll make sure you feel comfortable and you enjoy your sojourn. Stay in the guest rooms and savor their homemade breakfast. 100% recommended. 100% will be back.
My husband and I got married a couple months ago and we needed a getaway! After doing some research we came across Piney Hill. The reviews were remarkable so we booked it right away. It was everything that was said and more! Hank and Wiley had nothing but great recommendations that made our trip a memorable one. Over breakfast they shared insight on the best time for us to get to Luray Caverns and suggested amazing hikes to waterfalls; they even provided maps we could take pictures of which proved very helpful. Then, we ended our evenings with delicious dinners per their recommendation, of course. We loved the location of the B&B and appreciated all the thoughtful details that went into our experience, room, etc. Thank you for a trip we will never forget and we hope to make it back someday!
