Came in, and they didn't treat me as a stranger danger. Was properly greeted by the front desk clerk, and she was super nice although being busy at the same time. I already knew which vehicle I was interested in, so I messaged the dealership through via internet and Jake got back to me the same hour. Jake got everything taken care of before I came to look at the vehicle. Once everything was finalized, their technicians found a nail on the side wall of my tires, and Jake didn't want me to drive off with a used car like this! It was great, because he communicated with me every step of the way every day! He treated the used car as a new car! I'm thankful for Jake and appreciate the service Luther Brookdale Honda have given me. Now I'm loving my Civic Type R!
