Very friendly people, I love my violin!! There was a bit of a hold up with the gst back but when I contracted them again they got it back to me quickly and I am happy
Very disappointed. We have been going to this shop for years and recently they sold us an instrument which was used, they said it was new for a price which we found to be 80% to be cheaper in another shop next to. They don't precise their refund policy on the receipt and after they invented some that it was not possible to return new instrument to them after all. Rip off, we do not recommend!
