I sent my guitar for setup and he was very patient with giving me recommendations to suit my personal preference. Guitar was setup perfectly and i am having an awesome time with my guitar. Communication was smooth and would definitely come back again.
Wayne at luthier.sg is the only luthier in Singapore that I really trust. I’ve sent 4 of my instruments to him, over different times, and he’s always impressed me with his craft and work ethic. He’s meticulous and particular about getting things right, so I hardly have to worry about the end result. Always thankful for him!
This is probably the 5-6th visit. This time round it is a refret for my vintage JEM. The result was unbelievable, 30 year old JEM played better than ever and restoration done very meticulously. Frets are very even and edges rounded for extremely comfortable playing. Wayne never ever fails to deliver. Thank you for the fantastic service as always. 6/5 stars!
Engaged Wayne’s services for a nut and pickup replacement for my Squier CV 50s Telecaster. Pickups were hand-wound by Wayne and worth every dollar. Exactly the Tele sound I was after. Had a wonderful experience at luthier.sg; you definitely get what you pay for. Will definitely engage Wayne’s services again if there’s further trouble with any of my gear (or if I want to get my hands on more of his pickups (: ).
