I was recommended these guys by my brother in-law who used them to get carpets and wooden falls done. He told me to ask for Salaam who will look after me. I have to say from start to finish of getting my carpets, I have had great customer service through out. Salaam was such a nice guy to talk to and made me feel at ease. He sent one of his guys over to my house to take measurements and showed me samples which me and my wife could pick from. We pick 2 samples one of which was 200 more. What I really liked was, the guy said to me and my wife to pick the cheaper one as we was only carpeting the bedrooms and landing. He said that because there would be a lot of furniture in the rooms. Had we done the living room then he would recommend the more expensive one. Now most sale guys would try to get you to buy the most expensive and try to sell you the world, but AA Carpets made me feel like they had my best interest to hand. Even with the guys who came to fit the carpets were very polite and did a great job putting the carpets in. Overall what did it for me was the great service delivered by Salaam. Honestly never met him before but he made me feel like I have known him for ages. He delivered what I call old skool customer service. I got great customer service and the main thing I got lovely carpets in our new home from AA Carpets.

From the moment I stepped in to the showroom until the mattress was delivered to my house, a completely honest and professional service from Aqif and the boys. I am really pleased I had chosen AA carpets and furniture to begin with. A beautiful showroom with a wide range of QUALITY furniture and carpets for your home needs. This place has a wide range of good quality bed frames and mattresses for a good price. Service was very good and Aqif kept me informed and up to date with regards to delivery. Would definitely recommend this place highly.
