It's a very big store with nicely organized isles and friendly staff always there to help us with stuff. Cleanliness is on point and arrangement of the isles is perfect. Also you get wide variety of gardening plants and stuff in here.

This store is amazing you will find anything you will need. I wanted to buy lot of plants and garden decors and I found loads of beautiful things. Big thanks to Mr Carlos in indoor plant area as he was amazing. This man helped me soooo much, give me lot of information and help me picked the right plants . He is a walking encyclopedia about all plants. Sajida on cashier was lovely lady and very helpful too. However, other staff not so helpful. I went several times. On one ocassion I bought 2 trolleys full, I asked the cashier if she can scan the plants on the trolley and she refused. No one helped me pushing the trolleys or just allow me keep them get delivered to home (home delivery only for online purchase which is insane).

A large DIY store with a good range of products at good prices. The staff are polite also, when compared to their rivals. Worth visiting and buying from.

I will like to give them 7stars. Got there fir exchange almost there closing time and I couldn't find my receipt but the staff went extra miles to help out and I need the exchange to finish work that night. Great staff.
