EXTREMELY poor services from Jobyco. They collect the money and but be advised they won’t deliver your items in good condition as they received it. They ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED my items! Several of my ITEMS were STOLEN, VANDALISED AND TAMPERED with. This is how they sent my items. Very appalling customer service and they tried to give me a shoddy excuse to fob me off with 50 refund. I had to demand a reimbursement for damages- it was insulting to me. I will NEVER use them again! STAY AWAY from this USELESS COMPANY!

I have stayed home for three days waiting for my delivery. No one even bother to call to explain. My calls are not answered. Nothing professional. customer service is very poor your drivers are very rude screaming at people which is very bad and lying to us and you’re not hornist. please don’t think of work with Jobyco or never in your life to recommend Joybco to anyone.

Very disgusted with this company after getting my postcode wrong the 1st time we used them for our first barrell to be shipped the came late and took more money than we agreed. The second tine they arranaged to come and let us down twice. Customer service very poor. Nelly in the office promised me the barrell would be collected tomorrow and just today they have let us down I am so upset and will never use this company again. They are a scam. I do not recommend to anyone. !!!!!

I received an email on (28th December) that my items have arrived in their warehouse in Ghana. Up to date (17th January) I still haven't received my items. I phoned a few days after new year and i was informed that they was a delay due to the holidays which is understandable. I phoned on Wednesday 13th January and I was informed that my items will be delivered immediately but I still haven't received a call from the drivers to confirm when my items will be delivered.
