We had a good evening. One way route planned out and social distancing was very adequate. Staff were great as usual.

Went to mecca luton this evening along with a lot of other people. When we arrived we were told it was closed due to holes in the roof. Surely it should have been put on the website so people did not get there to be turned away. Disgusting

Taped carpets. Banging bar bottles. Mucking about with display boards on stage. Playing about with menus or plastic counters staff talking on link games. There is plenty of time for these antics outside bingo games

Was abit nervous about returning. The team have done an excellent job in ensuring customers keep safe. You swipe in yourself, access change yourself, food delivered to tables, counters for table games cleaned after each use etc. Adjustment to seating with sticker on table to keep people apart. Food was really hot, staff delivering are masked and gloved. Condiments in little bags. Entrance and exit one day. Thankyou Richard, Carol and the Team for a great evening. See you soon.

Good plans and social distance in side felt comfortable but not going out down the stairs they shuffle you down at end off evening no need plenty off soace to use front stairs and escuaters

Compared to many of other Bingo venues including other Mecca's this rates as average. It's great for size and capacity but is poorly run. The staff are all very good, helpful and attentive. Food here is a great disappointment so eat before/after.
