Always welcoming and polite. The only decent pet shop around. Very helpful, they gave a lovely little dog. Birds are on sale. Plenty of different things for most animals and reasonable prices

I didn't feel welcomed, as it was my first time in the area. All I wanted is to buy a fish food for 2.30 and I only had card on me. I was told there's a minimum 5 with card payment from the lady at the counter. They had given me two options either to buy something else to make it upto 5 or go to the cash machine across the road which Chagres 2. At this moment I was soo stressed as I wanted the buy the fish food urgently and didn't want to buy anything else from the store. So, I thought I would go back in the store and ask once again kindly but this time there was this gentleman and he said he would let me off for this time. IT FELT LIKE I WAS BEGGING AT THIS STORE FOR SOMEONE WHO'S NOT FAMILER WITH THE AREA AS I'm ORIGINALLY FROM LONDON 1/10 FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE
