My husband and i have both had ocassions to use the paramedics and accident and emergency services and been admitted to the wards so wish to thankyou all for the wonderful care we received we would not be alive today if it was not for your dedication Roy and vera Daniels

When ever I or a member of my family have visited we find the staff to be efficient , helpful and polite. The waiting area is not as big as you would expect for a hospital of this size, but in recent years I have never found it to be crowded. All area's within A&E (and the wider hospital ) al- ways seem to be clean and cleaners are seen on most visits. The medical staff seem to have a good insight to everything we have thrown at them and very knowledgeable they to display high levels of politeness and bedside manner. This hospital A&E seems to have a good system as to who see's patients with different issues and in doing so seem to have a fast turn over. On a number of occasions in and out having had xrays and treatment within 1 hour. Never had any issues.

One rude lady at reception! She is not a nurse but a receptionist. No people skills
