I have used Ambassador for 9 years now since I first moved to a house with Oil central heating. I’ve had a yearly service from them which has kept my boiler running reliable ever since. Last year I had an extension done to my property which required a new oil tank and the boiler commissioning. I have found this firm to be very professional and always very pleased with the results.

After looking at there glossy website, decided to call them for a quotation for a new oil heating installation and oil tank. From there website, it clearly states tank installation, but on their visit, couldn't quote for the tank as they don't do the base for it. On looking around my property, told me where they were going to install all the radiator pipes,and not where I wanted them, me being the customer. Very unprofessional service,and over a year on,still haven't received their quotation! Luckily for me, I chose a local professional company, who installed the pipes where I wanted them, and installed the whole heating system including the tank without any problems. Glossy website, and advertising in the local villager free edition, avoid, as in my experience, totally unprofessional. Kevin Owens
