Disappointed. Arrived today to absolute madness .Cars and vans in every exit/entrance plus a tanker filling up . Sat gridlocked and waiting on the forecourt for over 25 minutes until it was safe to leave without even getting near a pump . Luckily I made it back to Lutterworth with just enough petrol . There needs to be clear signage of entrance and exit ,plus no one advised why there was a delay in the shop/tills . It was worrying as cars stuck on the Shawell Rd and tailing back to the busy Gibett Roundabout. Something needs to be sorted . Only reason you have one star is you prices are competitive compared to elsewhere. Sadly I didn't benefit on this occasion.
