Rupi the Will Writing Solicitor was excellent . I had seen a local solicitor to me in Birmingham but Broomfields was recommended by a trusted financial advisor , recommended by friends that I contacted regards my daughters trust funds. I have terminal prostate cancer , metastasis to my bones and my intention is to use my small private pension for trust , to help my daughters and grandson get a decent mortgage deposit . As my estate is low value , on separation , I left the house to my wife , divorce pending , all civil . Rupi listened to my babble and immediately grasped the situation , she also immediately knew how best to help me , give me advice that would maximise my wishes for my beneficiaries and also minimise my legal costs . I cannot recommend this friendly firm enough . Professional but very approachable and very knowledgeable. My will is a weight off my mind and once I have the trust funds set up , I can get on with what I have been doing since 2014 , giving my best against the cancer , doing the best for my family under very tough conditions and grasping as much quality time as I can . I am trying to write a book and that is also helping to keep me positive . I whole heartedly recommend this firm .
