Very dissatisfied. First and last time I use this site. Ordered on Sunday 22nd Dec for next day delivery, so I was expecting it to arrive Tuesday 24th. I received order confirmation email but no tracking number. Whilst purchasing there was NO MESSAGE or indication that next day delivery option would be an issue. Nothing arrived on the 24th so I rung the customer service line and a recorded message said they are closed until 3rd or 30th of Jan. I couldn't make out on the recording which one of the two he said. So now not only did I not receive my item next day, but I don't even know whether my item has been posted at all or not. If the company was closing and unable to post items over this period then this should have been stated on the website. And definitely the express delivery option should have been removed or at the very least a clear message should have appeared stating that this option was not currently available. For such expensive items I wouldn't expect to be in this position of not knowing where my purchase is. Unacceptable! Misleading! Very unhappy!
Best prices I would say in Europe very fast delivery and brilliant contact and information try yourself. Never been served better..
