My daughter trains with both Mark and Celeste and I honestly can’t sing their praises highly enough. Their patience, skill and above all humour make the classes great fun, especially for younger children. She always looks forward to her training sessions and has learned so much in a relatively short time. She’s now an Orange belt and she’s so confident and proud of herself! I’m pleased she’s learning how to defend herself, whilst making friends and focusing on a goal (she really wants a black belt!) Plus, she can throw a mean hook ;) Great club, lovely team, can’t recommend enough

This is an excellent place, transformed my fitness, gave me motivation, enthusiasm and a will to succeed. My son gained confidence, skills and friendship. I strongly recommend.
