Elmhurst Energy refuse to remove an EPC from the register (temporarily) at the home owners request. Due to a rat infestation, the loft insulation has been removed and disposed of. Now when applying for a Green Grant for new insulation applications are being denied because the EPC shows the correct level of insulation. They now want the home owner to pay for 2 EPC's. 1 to show the zero level of insulation and then another once the new insulation has been fitted. Absolute Disgraceful Rip-Off you should be embarrassed.

Good course content. Qualified over 2 years ago in 5 days with no further visits to properties to qualify. Very supportive staff. Only negative is one of the staff I have found her to be patronising consistently when I had a query. Don't want to mention any names. Fellow DEA''s have mentioned qualifying with Stroma with mainly negative experiences. With recommend elmhurst to all wanting to qualify as DEA''s.
