Finally a butcher I can trust! Me and my partner have been deeply satisfied with our freezer fill from Flackies. Can't wait to try your forequarter! They also have not been proffiteering from the pandemic (like many other butcher's) and have kept their prices the same even though there has been a surge in demand. You guys are a diamond in the rough, thank you.
