I used to visit there as an agency driver until Christmas 2016. Most of the counter staff were okay until one time when l was picking up a trailer to find that it had lost alĺ of its air and l had to raise the unit suspension to it's limit in order to connect to the trailer properly. To my surprise, the trailer moved forward several feet when l did the tug test and the landing legs bent and collapsed. One of the supervisors came out to investigate and firmly put the blame at my feet when in fact the trailer had only been loaded with 16 pallets of Red Bull, all loaded up against the headboard with no weight at all over the trailer wheels. I reckon the drive axle would have been well overweight, even with the lift axle lowered! I didn't work there again for about 6 months and the agency (ADR) assured me l had not been banned. Then when l did go up the same man was sat at his desk behind the counter and l could see him looking at me furtively. I did the required job but the next day the agency called me to say that there had been an error and l wouldn't be working there again as l had been banned because of the aforementioned incident. Come Christmas that year, l got a call from the agency asking me to go in there on Christmas Eve. I reminded them that I was banned at which the agency said that they had managed to get the ban lifted and there would be another 200 bonus in it for me if l went (they must have been crying out for a driver). I got great pleasure in telling them they could make it 2000 if they liked, but they could stuff the job and find someone else.

I worked for a short time as a truck driver, but there was no such careful or polite service. A bit late for the graphics, but quickly, the guy with a smile helped me adjust the trailer high up the ramp, quickly unloaded, quickly unpublished the documents and done. The task has been completed. Great!
