First class service and friendly staff. Always there to help. Special mention to Gordon who rearranged our flight back home after our cruise being cancelled and reorganised another holiday at short notice. Would highly recommend The Holiday Lounge for personal service.
Have used Jacky at the holiday lounge for several years now and she’s always been enthusiastic, accommodating and efficient! Has managed to beat online prices considerably for me on several occasions while booking our cruses. Would not hesitate to recommend
