I asked Husky for some help on my retail fridge (I had from them) I was having some problems with via their chat /message facility, they never got back to me. Bad customer service. I have now bought a new machine from a third party. I have had a previous problem they were unwilling/unhelpful with. I would not buy from them under principle now. Shame
