Planning a wedding during a pandemic is a little bit of a challenge. The dress experience was always going to be a bit different and I was prepared for it not to be as fun or personal. I was recommend Maisie darling by a dress brand I loved as they said that they were doing virtual appointments and I wasn’t able to visit any shops. I didn’t really know how this would work but my goodness, it worked like a dream and I felt like a princess even though I was 200 miles away from Charlotte on our video calls. Her expertise, friendly nature and ‘off the chart’ customer service is what made my experience one I will treasure. She really was with me every step of the way and no matter where you are based, she’s your lady!!!

From start to finish, Charlotte has been absolutely wonderful. In my very first appointment we were not made to feel rushed or under pressure, I was able to describe what a had in mind and we went from there with Charlotte passing suggestions throughout and ultimately finding me my dream dress (and I felt a million dollars on the day!). Alterations were made very simple and easy with the lovely lady (Michela, apologies if this is spelled wrong!) who met with me twice to run through measurements and changes. Very smooth process and I was made to feel so calm and just excited to get married through such a troublesome time in the world. I would give 100 star review if I could, what a wonderful place to buy my wedding dress from - highly, highly recommend x
Charlotte is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend her to any brides looking for the perfect dress, or even to non-brides looking for something new with a unique style. Charlotte will make you feel so welcome and give you a lovely shopping experience. I love shoes and I'm always on the lookout for individual styles. I spotted a beautiful pair of white lace trainers in the window of my local bridal boutique and fell in love! I contacted Charlotte by phone as I wanted to check the sizes and she was so helpful. I was able to place the order online via her online shop. The delivery was really fast and when they arrived I was so thrilled. Thank you so much Charlotte! I love them!

Charlotte was “THE BEST” ... after loosing all hope and feeling utterly exhausted of finding a dress she pulled the “dress” out of the bag so to speak. Thoroughly recommend Maisie Darling for the professional personal service and great selection of dresses. Stunning bridal shop, when we entered we were given slippers to wear and offered a selection of drinks from fizz to tea and cold drinks and given cakes etc to nibble on, my daughter tried on various dresses and nothing was too much trouble, it made us enjoy our time there so much more, thanks for everything you did my daughter is so happy she found her beautiful dress x
