Returning after 8 years to this fab company I needed to replace my salon work station and I ordered a lovely freestanding one. Nothing was a problem and it duly arrived on Tuesday this week sadly my salon ceiling was not as high as I thought it was and in a panic rang Tracey to ask for help. This amazing lady just calmed me and informed me they did the same item wall mounted . Not only that but she organised for a re delivery yesterday Thursday and I was very impressed. Andi delivered it he was absolutely charming and in COVID secure way helped place it in my salon for me. I spoke to the Sales Manager after Imogen who I know played a major part in helping with this 5 star service and the lovely receptionist too. Well done everyone I am extremely grateful and hope to be using you again very soon

Previously had issues with the chairs we ordered. SEC replaced all of the chairs. Problem solved! Good customer service in the end. Thanks SEC.

Very helpful when to buy the furniture But if there is something wrong with it once been delivered don’t want to know !!! I paid additional 95 On top of I spent 10’000 on new salon furniture for their driver to deliver goods two of the mirrors arrived faulty ( frame of the mirrors were faulty not damaged mirrors y the way) I phoned and asked after many emails... to bring another two Mirrors to swap them over since I paid for delivery and it’s their error in the wear house as sealed packs arrived been stacked up for 10 days before we opened all the equipment packs when we were ready to kit out new salon to find the two mirrors had issue with them The solution to this was If I was to bring mirrors will be swapped over otherwise there is no profit margins for them to deliver and swap mirror over !!! There was know way I was going to drive 55miles in my car with two large mirrors to be swapped o er and risking them to break on my way back when I spent all that money with the company additional delivery charge and no aftercare let it on warranty So decision is yours

Couldn’t recommend enough! i ordered custom coloured backwashes, which was super easy and fuss free over the phone. beforehand i had great help using the chat feature on the site and was sent lots of information and pictures to help me make my decision. was called when the backwashes were ready to be arranged for delivery, and when i had to ring back to change delivery to a later date, it was so simple and quick, and no trouble. Overall i’m honestly over the moon with them! the quality is insane, the comfort is amazing and the colour is perfect! thank you so much and have to say the customer service has been absolutely fabulous!

It's rare I go to the extent of leaving a bad review somewhere but I can honestly say I am really disappointed with the overall service of the place I placed an order for 2 chairs which I can't complain about they work fine But the 2 cabinets I paid over 300 each for looked as if it cost 5 to make. The fake wood was peeled back , the screws which were on show for theme of it were glued on and half coming off , it advertised a draw in the photo but it's fake ( the draw dosent open it just has a handle) so currently all my equipment is squashed in a small cabinet . Besides the poor quality of the items I am still yet to receive the order of the coat hangers Which was meant to arrive over a month ago now, but I am not being ignored by the company with all attempts of contact .

Whilst their service was friendly and lovely Jade was outstanding but when it came down to us cancelling our order because of the pandemic their customer service department referred us to the website and pointed out their terms and conditions, which basically allowed them to keep our deposit. No one told us that once cancelled they are entitled to keep the deposit. We asked why they did not point this out at the point of sale, and we were told that they dont have too. Wow we were stunned, The country was on lock down yet they point out terms and conditions and they also reduce me to tears - like every other business was struggling to survive lockdown and keep everyone in a job. You were helped by the government as much as the rest of us. We tried to discuss other options but they were not interested in helping.

I have to say after a very BAD experience with another well know equipment company SEC were like a god send. Mel totally put me at ease, double checked to make sure what I was ordering was in stock and when is wasn’t came up with an even better solution. I’m actually more pleased with what I’m now getting than I was before! Thank you so much for being brilliant Mel :)

This is my favourite Salon Equipment one stop shop. They have all the top brands and their customer service is second to none. I have contacted Imogen at S.E.C and asked her for Takara Belmont barber chairs. She gave me all the information required, with a lot of patience! And also helped me design a waiting area custom to my shop from R.E.M. Once I knew what I was buying, she gave me a price which couldn't be matched! I am so happy to have my Salon kitted out with the best gear. And the journey to find my equipment was very pleasant. Would recommend no other than S.E.C! Very personal service to a high standard!
