Customer service: I have found the employees to be patient, soft spoken and willing to wait for you to peruse the menu's Cleanliness: The cleanliness of this subway is is overall quite good the floors are cleaned often. The food is handled very well and the gloves are only used once and fresh food is brought in every day. Accessibility: The disabled accessibility of this subway is also quite good as it has a ramp to the front door to allow people on wheelchairs to get into Subway. Food: The food always has a high standard and are somewhat uniform each time. There is an ever expanding variety.
The venue has no steps and does have a ramp for those in wheelchairs. There is tables and chairs inside so you can eat in. The tables and chairs are also wiped down after each use. The food is handled with care and the employees were gloves for each sandwich. The employees are also very friendly an allow you to read the menu.
I have just ordered a large order for collection, One of the wraps we ordered had not been put into the order so clearly a lack of attention to detail, it was a vegan wrap and now one of our staff who is vegan has eaten a meatball sub thinking it was a vegetarian meatball, you can imagine the issues, so I called to ask for another sub and was dealt with very rudely. I own 14 companies and If I dealt with customers that way I would have no business !
Just left. Customer service is seriously lacking here. I would have liked to have been given my receipt but wasn’t asked and she walked off before I got the chance to ask. I was the only customer in there at the time so not busy. Can’t understand the lack of service.
