Very welcoming, well structured TAGB (Tae Kwon Do Association of Great Britain) Tae Kwon Do club. Incredibley patient and encouraging instructor. Pleasant facilities in Lutterworth College, easy transport links from Rugby, Hinkley and surrounding villages. I have been a member for over a year now, have lost a few pounds and grown in confidence. I would recommend it to any adults, or in fact teenagers, that wish to better their understanding of themselves, their bodies, and their fighting techniques. Prior to joining my fighting technique would have been something resembling a cartoon cloud with arms and legs sticking out of it, now, with the very simple but highly effective training, I believe I may be able to leg it before they can hit me...or if it comes to it...break their jaw first.
