Ordered 2 tyres using their online site, had no confirmation so rang to verify order but price had increased! Not a lot, but never the less, got a small contribution towards the original price. Took just the wheels to have them fitted, not very friendly. Didn't seem interested once they knew it was an on line order. Fitting was very poor and had to have balancing checked elsewhere and both wheels were out of tolerance, so needed to be redone at more expense. So it turned into a costly experience.
